In 2013 I founded a different kind of company, one that doesn’t promote overconsumption or try to convince you to buy more than you need.
snapcart was born from my own desire to consume less and live simply. It’s about not wasting resources on what is not important. The concept is to have less but to have what is well made, what is sourced responsibly, what is long lasting and useful at its core.
Our company is a collaboration of surfers with one focus - to ethically make the best possible wetsuits and surfing products at the best price. We are all dedicated surfers who choose to live simple, humble surfing lives and remain connected to nature, travel and community. We are focused on minimizing our impact on the environment. We don't produce things you don't need, like advertising materials, packaging and single use plastics.
By letting go of all non essentials and delivering our products directly to you, we can make a world class wetsuit at a fraction of the price. What surfers save by investing in only what is needed in a product, they can spend on what is important in their own lives.
It is about having less stuff and more freedom.

We are an independent surf company, operated entirely by surfers. In a market saturated with brands owned by corporate investors chasing maximum profit, snapcart is dedicated to responsibly making the best possible wetsuits at the best price.
We respect you and we won’t target you with unwanted advertising that asks you to buy more stuff that you don’t need. By not wasting resources on promotional materials and annoying advertising campaigns we can invest more in to making world class wetsuits.
We only speak in truths - no marketing gimmicks, no fancy titles or advertising jargon. No fads, fake promises and no green washing. You deserve the truth and we are committed to saying it how it is.
Our promise is that we will always use the best materials and manufacturing to make you a world class wetsuit at the best possible price.
We continually work to improve the conditions of the people who work to manufacture our products. We are transitioning our products to Fair Trade™ Certified and we use bluesign® accredited manufacturers. Our aim is to have the lowest carbon footprint and the most equitable trade relationships in the surf industry.
We understand that everything we make has an impact on people and the planet, that’s why we do not encourage you to buy more than you need. At snapcart we are committed to responsibly designing and manufacturing products to ensure they lessen their impact on the environment.
